Penglihatan

Dari "penglihatan"nya dia ... sakit kepala disebabkan karena ada masalah di hati dan empedu (bile = yang dekat2 liver itu). ada sedikit pembengkakan di daerah liver jadi kena ke empedu juga. ada masalah di lambung (gastric). dari situ penyebab sakit kepala. untuk bahu kanan yang sakit ... ada otot di leher sebelah kanan yang ketarik. makanya bahu sakit.
selain ubat dokter, mungkin bisa juga sering minum temulawak (curcuma) dan kunyit (saffron). terus jangan terlalu capek supaya liver gak membengkak. 

Not much I can do about my headache. More frequent recurring lately. Many theories on how it might have happened ....

I am keeping track of the frequency and so the last time it occurred was last Friday 7 April. I think it started right before Friday prayer and got worsened after that.

I took Ponstant before going to the mosque and it just took the toll on me. 

Sabotage

If we have agreed in the meeting on any decision, we must execute that decision. If new information surface and require changes in the decision then one must bring back the issue at least to the chair. If the decision remains then that's it.

It is appalling to see decision agreed was executed differently. In other words, sabotage is happening. 

What a view ...

I am getting used to the door of my office is opened and most of my staffs are right in front of my eyes or i can actually hear them talking. 

It started when i founded R&D Secretariat and later changed to Research Planning Secretariat (Sekretariat Perancangan Penyelidikan or SPP) back in 2006. I had one office in Floor 17 Bangunan Getah Asli, and one office in Sungai Buloh. My door was always opened. I could not really see any of my staffs from where i sat but usually i just howled if i needed anything. I could also hear what they were talking. I was so used sitting alone quietly in the room and that was certainly a new experience to me. 

When i moved to a different unit, i was provided with a large room. I got promoted and all the Heads of Unit are together in one building. My staffs were mostly in another building. I did not like it so I planned for building renovation. Finally i managed to secure RM1 million for good extension. Before i even managed to start designing the new extension, i was again moved to another unit. 

What an isolation. It was I and the new Personal Assistant (PA). In fact that room has bad history before i was moved to. I wanted to change the wood door to glass door but before it even happened, i managed to move myself including the PA out of the rooms and swap with the new meeting room. I was back to being closer to staffs and again i did not close my door. I could not simply shout as before because my staffs are either in the laboratories or have their own rooms. Nonetheless, we are much closer. Some of my officers are too far away and i tried to move them near. Yet i was not successful in that venture. Well ... you gain some and you lose some. 

I moved to another place about 3 years later. It was supposed to be a small place but somehow the CEO+PA are disconnected from the rest of the staffs. Of course my door as well as my PA's are open but i could not hear anything else. When i was offered an opportunity to move, i simply jumped coupled with other important reasons. The new place was small and i could listen to almost everything. I was there for six months then i moved out. 

My current place ... this is where i am now. Everyone is here. People are getting to know each other. They want to have a office club. Regular contribution to have birthday cake. They are beginning to trust each other. I like what is happening now. 

Why i put this blog in MyHealth ... i have a good health with my door open, watching and listening to people voices their happiness, worries, and sharing burdens.

Reebok All Terrain Super (RATS) - Day 2

During the #ROC2014 Race Collection Day, i purchased this shoes for RM309 after getting RM120 discount. Reebok put so much promotion to it that i got hooked and attracted to it. Usually i wear size USA 9.5 but that size was not available so i bought size USA 10 instead. A bit roomy but it fits nicely.

Day 1

I finally managed to test the shoes on 10th September. I was on two day annual leave due to my second son taking UPSR exam. I took my short Nike socks for the test run.

The pave was dry but i tested the wet area of the green hills and they managed the climb very well. I was very impressed. However, i started to feel a bit pain at two places. If you notice from the photo above that my right sock did not cover the front very well but the back part is good. The opposite was true for my left socks. So the pain came from the blister at the back of my left foot and the front of my right foot. So after less than 5 km jog, i stopped and walked back home.

You see those hills i tackled were wet and as i said i was impressed. The blister did not look good at all.

Day 2

I needed to give it another try before the race day tomorrow. However, i took my run longer but slower. Much slower.

It started raining at around 6 am so at the time i left home for running, it was just subsiding and drizzling. I changed a bit. The shoes laces for my left shoe was tied for arch while leaving that for the right shoe normal. I wore longer socks so as to cover both blisters and so i left.

1. I feel it is better to have the shoes laced for the arch. Somehow, it feels better. 
2. The pavement was wet and apparently the shoes are very slippery and does not have good wet grip at all. So i ran on the road and the shoes tackled the road surface very well. 
3. The left foot blister apparently has not recovered well so as of this moment the blister got worse. Only today, i put Gamat on. I need to put handyplast for tomorrow definitely. 
4. i got new blister ... my right foot smallest finger. I used to get it when i was using my Nike Air Structure 16 which can be explained due to one size smaller. Yet, RATS is half size bigger. Maybe it is due to old socks that i was wearing? 

It seems the shoes are eating my feet. I was thinking that whether i need to carry another pair of shoes since it would be 20.5 km tomorrow. 

I will make decision before going to bed tonight.
